A gOOOd body scan guided meditation
Particularly well suited to beginners and great for a daily practice, the body scan is an invitation to explore the sensations in and around the body, with a gentle non-judgemental inquiry.
During this guided meditation, we move the light of our attention from the top of the head down, and whenever we get lost, when our minds get busy, we bring our focus gently back to the body and start over. This is the true practice of meditation, the moment when we notice we’ve been lost in thought and start again.
You get to choose how to practice: either seated, standing or lying down, whatever supports you best. Enjoy!
